Personal Lines Licensed Agent

Job Description

As a Personal Lines Licensed Agent, you will work with clients to protect their most important assets through our network of “A” rated insurance companies. This is a full-time position that may be based in our Broadalbin, Northville, or Saratoga Springs locations. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm.

  • Ability to advise and provide timely service to personal clients
  • Prepare quotes through our comparative rating system and present to clients
  • Communicate effectively through phone, email, text, and in-person interactions
  • Process endorsements, handle billing questions and payments
  • Provide clients with periodic reviews of their policies and coverage
  • Maintain agency procedures and high standard of service
  • Willing to work and collaborate with a team of licensed professionals

Qualifications

  • Current NYS Property & Casualty License
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an agency or company working as part of a team
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Prior experience with Vertafore AMS-360 a plus
  • Desire to build a career in insurance and positively influence clients
  • Self-motivated and directed to complete tasks on time
